1 medium carrot, 1 cup of soaked pecans, 1 cup of soaked sunflower seeds, 1 tsp of vanilla, 1/4 tsp of lemon zest, 1/2 raisins, blend well in food processor then press in bottom of pie plate : Filling : 1 1/2 cup of soaked cashews, 1/2 cup of water 10 soaked dates, 3 TBS of coconut oil, 1 tsp of vanilla, 1/2 tsp of salt, blend well in food processor then stick in fridge to gell then spread in the base and cut into bars and serve, not too 80-10-10 though LOL top with my almond butter http://sexyrawfoodandfitness.com/2011/05/10/rawsome-almond-nut-butter/
